. Billing Specialist

. Learned all facets of the domestic billing operations including

knowledge of the company services and promotions. I was also learned

the Centennial billing processes. I used computer systems needed to

handle daily business functions. In this position, we performed an

audit on a representative sample of bills on a daily basis. We

determined if the billing system was functioning properly and customer

were being billed appropriately.

. Involved from the establishment of the business to set up accounting

practices within Quickbooks software. Worked with local banks to

establish merchant services to process credit card and ACH payments.

continuing speech therapy.

. Reviewed Claimant files for disability. Gathered all medical information

from claimant's sources such as hospitals, doctors, and therapist.

. Determined if further medical information was needed to document medical

claims. If more was needed, appropriate tests were ordered and

transportation arranged if needed.

. Made determination of eligibility for benefits based on medical

information and work history.

. Was promoted to do Continuing Disability Reviews to see if claimants

continued to qualify for benefits.
