In last assignment owned the programs responsibility for EMC, Parata,
Lenovo, and IBM. Manage the ongoing interaction with customer to resolve
concerns, reporting project status, new business; its performance, and
associated costs. In addition, manage the customer's orders fulfillment
team.
Accomplishments: Successfully directed and coordinated activities in order
to ensure programs goals were accomplished within defined scope, time, and
cost constraints. Consulted with executive management and proactively
reviewed project proposals to ensure goals, time frame, funding
limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project were achieved for
project for EMC, IBM, Lenovo, and Parata.

Responsible for Servers and Personal Computers manufacturing, and support
operations.
Accomplishments: Reduced stagnant units in process cycle time by sixty
percent. Instrumental in achieving less than 24 hours cycle time target. I
was one of the original instructors that developed the training materials
for the Manufacturing Learning Center that improved productivity and across
the site and brands.
9/89 to 3/93 CREATIVE PLASTIC MOLDERS, Lexington, North Carolina
Plant Manager
Responsible for seven days, twenty machines custom injection molding plant.
Machine Sizes 75 - 1000 tons. I was directly responsible for all equipment,
processes, safety, quality, profit/lost, and all personnel. I reported
directly to the president/C.E.O.
Accomplishment: Consolidated two plants that reduced cost with improved
efficiency, installed a real time production monitoring system as well as
SPC, and were instrumental in the plant returning it most profitable month
in history prior to my arrival by the third month as plant manager.
1/84 to 9/89 PEC/OXFORD DIVISION Oxford, North Carolina
Materials Manager
Manager of Purchasing, Inventory Control, Production Scheduling and
Customer Service.
Accomplishments: Average twenty-six, inventory turns per year that
significantly reduced operating cost and was named interim Division General
Manager until a replacement was hired.
