Vice President of Marketing, Merchandising, and Product Development 2004-
2006
Provided operational management of all creative aspects, ensuring brand
quality and consistency. Managed private, proprietary, and national
brands, including developing strategies for hosiery products at retail.
Handled product, analysis, plan-o-gramming/spacing, branding, presentation,
and pricing for all customer programs. Coordinated, negotiated, and
administered all licensing agreements. Directed all personnel and
processes, from product concept and development to package concept and
design. Sourced products in the US, Far East, Central America, and Middle
East.
. Secured Disney's first all-property license for mass and mid-tier
distribution (which became one of Disney's largest accessory areas in
terms of dollar volume), as well as a Fisher-Price multi-product category
license for the dollar channel.

in sales at retail. Collaborated with Wal-Mart brand managers to align
product and presentation/pricing and proprietary labels.

Kmart Sales Team Leader 1992-2002
Supervised direct sales to all hosiery departments (gender/age). Developed
product for 500+ replenishable SKUs, holding sales and productivity
responsibility for 60 linear feet of presentation space; managed inventory
control and turns. Directed sales support staff in setup, forecasting,
demand planning, analytics, and merchandising for national brands as well
as private and proprietary Kmart labels. Provided category management of
children's hosiery from 1997-2002.
