Profile East (PEI Graphic Technology) worked as demo artist (Final Cut Studio) and
3D Software Sales specialist. PEI is a systems integrator and authorized VAR for a
wide variety of sophisticated solutions for companies such as Avid Technology, Apple
Computer, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Matrox, SoftImage, Panasonic, AJA, Facilis,
Telestream and Autodesk. Profile East is a leading provider of editing and graphics
solutions for the Broadcast and Post-Production industries. We provided components
and services for existing installations, design complete shared workgroup solutions,
and integrate single turnkey workstations.
I covered the entire South East Territory for PEI working daily with major clients such
as NASA, PGA Tour, The Golf Channel, Lockheed Martin, Disney, The Miami
Dolphins, The City of Orlando, N-Space, EA Tiburon, Full Sail and countless others.
I have traveled extensively representing PEI at NAB in Las Vegas and SIGGRAPH in
Los Angeles as well as completing Autodesk training in Dallas. I was responsible for
traveling the entire state meeting with clients about their current production needs.
Each month I worked with manufactures to coordinate and promote shows in
Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Miami to showcase various hardware and
software. My daily duties also included installation of fibre SAN networks and studio
build-out consults.

Rapidly excelled from training clients on technical aspects of the media industry
to becoming a high level sales rep. Helped company increase sales volume
and grow the overall population of the school by 45% per year for 4 consecutive
years. Within a 3-year period I advanced from an assistant making 28k per year to a
top-level rep earning over 100k per year. Duties included recruiting
new students to achieve budgeted enrollment goals for each term which happened
once a month and conversion goals for each stage of the recruitment process by
turning individual inquiries into enrollments. Daily work consisted of meeting one on
one with students and parents helping facilitate the student recruitment process
through intensive interviewing. I also supervised and oversaw the daily duties of my
own personal assistant in helping me achieve company goals.
During my nearly 8 years in the Admissions Department I was also cross-trained
through ongoing continuing education for all fields including Film,
Entertainment Business, Audio, Digital Media and Computer Animation.
I personally met with, toured and educated VIP executives for companies such as
Sony, Lucas Arts, Paramount Pictures, Atlantic Records, etc. on the studio
environment of Full Sail.

Supervised and trained studio crew including camera operators, MCO (Master
Control Ops) and Weather Graphic Designers. I designed and developed ABC
40/29's first Addy Award winning website. I was responsible for all on air
weather graphics. I was provided continuing education through various Adobe
Workshops in Photoshop. I worked as a studio camera op and location photog in a
fast paced news environment on over 1,000 live broadcasts including coverage of
President Clinton's visit to Fayetteville, Governor Mike Huckabee's political
debate for Governor of Arkansas and in studio interviews for CNN of Asa
Hutchinson Republican to the One Hundred Fifth Congress during the impeachment
proceedings of President William Jefferson Clinton.
