In this position, I report directly to the CEO and CFO. This position
includes management of three different companies which consists of
approximately 90 employees, 4 different office sites and an additional 5
(out of state) rental properties. My responsibilities are vast and require
constant reprioritization of my work load to accommodate the rapidly
changing landscape within these businesses. I manage and maintain
QuickBooks for 200+ vendors, 10+ bank reconciliations, journal entries,
AP/AR, reports and other regular financial functions. HR duties include all
aspects of payroll, management of health benefits and COBRA, personnel
staffing and scheduling, reviews/disciplinary issues/interviews, etc.
Oversee and maintain multiple contracts for equipment leasing, servicing,
etc. In addition managed maintenance duties for 4 site locations to
include; scheduling repairs, outside lawn/lot plowing/mowing,
order/delivery/inventory weekly supplies, etc. I also process all Legal
Medical Records Requests.

Being a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Ohio I am bound by the

of multiple programs/products to ensure best products and guideline
adherence. I originate all types of Residential and/or Commercial
Mortgages. All aspects of originating and/or processing files; DU/LP,

placards in regards to hazardous materials requirements, driver log
maintenance for compliance of DOT regulations, random drug testing, data
