Conceptualized, Designed, Developed and Implemented MD Secretariat and SOS

(Success on Schedule).

Developed products Ashtavinayak, Rudraksha and Few Yantras are my Brain

Child.

Developed filling machines concept is my Brain Child for which I received

Best BLISS Employee Award for the year 2002.

Presently working for Inter Carat group of companies from July 2006 as

Group Head Corporate-HR & Operations for 4 verticals viz. Manufacturing,

Retail, B2B & IT reporting to Managing Director and Director.

Inter carat is a member company of 147 yrs old J.E.Hammer&Sohne,GMBH with

3700+ employees.

Top cost saver for past 3 yrs hence Head-Operations position was created

for me as additional responsibility.

Employee opinion Survey: This is done twice a year to get a feedback from

employees on various aspects such as supervisor, work environment, system &

procedure of the organization etc.

Campus Recruitment

A complete policy has been formulated for campus recruitment process.

After Scrutinizing profiles received from institutions brief presentations

on all 4 verticals to students.

Initial written test on all the verticals to understand their capabilities

is structured for elimination.

Group Discussions rounds are conducted with current topics.

After completing the above process the candidate will be called for a

personal interview in the campus.

Questionnaire is developed to assess the various capabilities in the

candidate.

After completing & comparing results from interviews in various

institutions results are declared.

Every campus interview takes 3 days for completion of the process since the

entire personal interview process consumes more time.

served the packaging industry for more than 45 years. Recognizing the

Achievements:

Developed filling machines concept is my brain child for which I received

The plant has been now setup in Bangalore and the machine is launched. This

is the one of my major contribution to the company. A major contribution of

liasioning work such as negotiating with the banks, Govt. etc was done by

me. The product is developed through Stan packs (I) Ltd a Listed company of
