Partnership Assistant and Field Operations Supervisor, GS-9 3/2009- 9/2010
Partnership Assistant is responsible for assisting with developing and nurturing partnerships with state,
local, and tribal governments; community-based organizations; faith-based groups; schools; media
outlets; businesses; and other grassroots entities in communities within the regional office area for the
purpose of furthering the goals of the 2010 Census and other Census Programs. The Partnership
Assistant attends different types of events to show support for all backgrounds of the communities,
spread throughout Oklahoma. During these events literature and promotional items are passed out to
keep the 2010 Census fresh in the community. The Partnership Assistant also provides support to census
field operations such as Recruitment, Be Counted, Questionnaire Assistance Centers, Non-Response

office area, and assist in the development of the regional plan for the Partnership Data Services Program

activities provided by headquarters staff as well as adhere to the budget allocations for the regional office
for the planning and implementation operational programs. The Field Operation Supervisor is responsible
for assisting in the selection process and developing of Crew Leaders and Enumerators. Field Operations
Supervisor is responsible for giving the proper direction and workload for the day. The Field Operations

Sales Consultants work with customers through the sales process. The steps to the process
include: communicated to customers what makes CarMax unique, interviewing customers to
