Duties include daily husbandry of all animal departments in the store including: mice,
rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, reptile’s and fish departments, inventory and pricing of
entire store on a weekly basis, inventory counts of each department including animals on
a weekly basis, opening and closing duties of the store, managing a staff of 11 people,
schedule making and organizing, visual presentations of the store etc. More then 5 years
experience with cash handling and customer service and 4 years experience in animal
field.
June 2006 - February 2007. Shift director. Game Crazy/ Hollywood Entertainment,
Chino Hills, CA
Duties included opening and closing the game store for the first 4 months. Multitasking
included answering phone, ringing up customers and answering questions. Following 4
months my duties on the Hollywood entertainment side including opening and closing the
store, managing multiple employees as well taking care of customers concerns. Other
duties included visual planning of the store and stocking.
September 2002 - April 2006. Sales Representative. Vans Shoe Store, SB, CA Primary
responsibilities include helping customers with questions, managing the register as well
as stocking. Took on managerial duties of filling out paperwork and managing a group of
