Job Title: Computer Specialist/Customer Service
Responsibilities: (customer service) Included but were not limited to,
maintaining an overall professional look and feel, provide an excellent
customer service experience, and offer any and all solutions that may be
required in point of sale. In addition to this daily budgets, as well as
monthly budgets were kept track of and met. This included handling large
sums of cash and issuing credit for large purchases.
(computer specialist): as a computer specialist it was my job to receive
inbound computers from customers and input data into a relationship data
base and perform a diagnostic. Insurance claims were then handled and were
assessed in terms of customer policy.
Activities

SIFE an official Keene State College recognized club that is in place to
bring together students to help that community it operates in as well as
produce socially responsible business leaders of tomorrow. This included
coordination of project such as career building symposiums and fundraisers
to raise community awareness of Keene State College and SIFE in the local
community.
Alternative Spring Break (2010)
Participated in a week long trip with 19 other individuals to Athens, GA.
While there we participated in Habitat for Humanity. (see letter attached)
Mission Impact
Fourteen day humanitarian trip to Guatemala to assist in supplying adequate
water sources to indigenous peoples. In addition to this assisting in the
local schools
Avid Outdoor Enthusiast
As an active individual I enjoying running, soccer, mountain biking and
hiking/camping and have completed long overnight hiking trips in the
northeast ( VT-Long Trail, New Hampshire-The Presidentials, Maine-MT
Katahdin)
