connections between the offender and the victim along with determining different crime curves
depending on multiple variables. Correctly using research methods and data/clerical entry in
order to make proper charts/graphs to determine patterns for each particular homicide, while
comparing the homicides together as a whole through various connections/similarities.
• Research and compare variables contributing to homicides: sex, race, type of homicide
and demographics.
• Directly correlating the relationship between the offender and the victim along with
determining and researching the background along with mitigating factors that may
contribute to each homicide.
