I am interested on transferring to gain more knowledge and to experience a new environment. This will also open up new opportunities for my

future's career path, gaining good experience that'd definitely be helpful and very beneficial. I am very sure that I'm ready for something new and

ready to move on with advancing my career. I would also love to stay within the company as I feel like the company has made an impact in my life.

I'm ready to take on any new challenges that I would face and will do my best as I am dedicated and motivated to move on with my career and also,

with the company.

The skills I acquire are the knowledge of LMS and the CMS program. I have been working with the programs since I could remember starting at the

front desk. As the night auditor, my knowledge with Medusa grew throughout the years. Experimenting with what is capable with the program, to an

IT specialist teaching me how to do certain things in the program that would benefit me. I, also, have an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft

office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point. The software’s are used on a daily basis at work, and far too often in school. It was also a

required class of mine to take and learn the software’s in middle school, high school, and college.

I majored in Visual Communication and currently have my associate’s degree. I do plan to continue my education on retrieving my Bachelor’s

Degree in Graphic Design or Web Design, then so on to a Master's. So far, the experience and knowledge I've gained have been very much in my

interest, and learned a good amount of new materials relating to advertising, marketing, and graphic arts. And when it comes to an assigned work or

project, I've become a self-starter and give my all on finishing what needs to be done at my best and on time.

My current job deals with accuracy and detail. I thoroughly deal with crunching numbers, and fixing mistakes that I am required to find if any. I

work on many reports such as the potential, which requires me to look through rates and make sure the rates are running correctly. With that, I keep

everything organized and in order for whoever will be retrieving the paperwork.

There is also communication between departments I work with such as; IT, casino hosts, the bell desk and etc. There is also communication with

guests I assist with in person or over the phone whether it’s a question about the casino, or even an issue that needs to be taken care of. As the Night

Auditor, I am used to working on concluding my night’s job on my own in a timely manner, and also helping out my peers with answering incoming

calls, making outgoing calls, and helping out front checking guests in and out of the hotel.
