Finance and Human Resource Coordinator - Newly created position for a
startup bio-tech company. I assisted with the setup office policies
and procedures for a fast paced, rapidly growing environment. I
developed various job descriptions taking information from surveys and
interviewing managers. I helped with the creation of performance
evaluations and training procedures; and, assisted with the creation
of the company's first policy handbook. I built strong relationships
with various recruiting agencies and assisted with the recruiting and
