Worked on a 100 acre wetland mitigation project coordinating project

with Army Corp of Engineers, Lake County Metro parks and EPA.

Worked as a Project Manager on the $6,000,000 Ashtabula ODOT

Maintenance Facility. Involved in negotiations with the State

Architects Office Sub-contractors and the 3 other prime

contractors. Write RFI's, coordinate subcontractors, order

materials, check submittals, conduct weekly OSHA safety meetings

and submit change orders. Constructed two 5/3 Banks in Medina and

Brunswick. Managed the construction of two Chase Banks

simultaneously. Coordinating all aspects of the job with the sub-

contractors, utilities, architects, engineers, and inspectors.

Both projects completed on time and under budget. Responsible for

quality control and layout of the banking facilities. Completed

construction of a 5/3 Bank in Streetsboro. Constructed Bank from

November to April. Managed all aspects of the construction of a

56,000 square foot building for the Cintas Corp. from ground

clearing through punch list, a nine month project. Completed a

4,000 square foot building in three months for Men's Wearhouse.

Oversaw the construction of under ground utilities and a road on a

private parcel for future development. All projects completed on

time and under budget.

2000-2003 URS Corporation - Project Manager/Construction Manager

Manage the 10 Million-Dollar renovation of six

Kent State University dormitories, 400 men per day on site,

project completed in 90 days. Architects Representative for the

addition and remodeling of the City of East Cleveland, Prospect

School. Manage a team of architects, engineers and cad operators

in the layout and design of over 200 cellular communication sites

for Verizon T-Mobil, AT&T, Alltel. Secure zoning and building

permits. Responsible for bringing projects in under budget.

Performed cost estimates for clients.

2000. Verizon Wireless/Airtouch/Cellular One - Construction Site

Supervisor

Manage and direct all aspects of construction for raw-land sites,

stick-builds and tenant improvements. Coordinate and schedule

excavators, tower crews, mechanical contractors, electricians, and

utility companies. Supervise the build schedule and ensure its

timeliness with the remainder of the technical operation team.

Enforce quality standards and procedures. Assist in site

acquisition and design.
