Objective
Cerner Rules/Reports Consultant position
Functional summary
Prior to my current Cerner rules/reports
programming career, I was a practicing physician
for 16 years. My medical background has proven
invaluable when I meet with clinicians in my
current programming job to understand their needs
and to see situations from the users' point of
view. After switching careers to become a computer
programmer, I was pleased to discover that I have
enough creativity to help develop innovative
solutions to clinical workflow issues which often
are familiar to me.
