Primary duty was to locate potential clients and establish a
financial plan. Financial plan involved evaluating a client's
financial situation as well as future financial expectations.
Financial planning for clients included investing in equities and
fixed income products, planning retirement, estate planning,
insurance, and taxes, etc. Became a registered representative as well
as an investment adviser as required by FINRA (Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority). Currently hold both a Series 6 and Series 65

Position provided with plenty of interaction with potential clients
as well as other professionals. Account analysis as well as detail
oriented research was necessary in order to provide clients with the
best financial planning portfolio. Regular market analysis was
performed and team research during team meetings was completed in
order to offer clients the most fitting financial products. Weekly
marketing surveys were conducted and marketing events were
coordinated with businesses around the Tucson community in an effort

Was involved in all aspects of marketing, clerical, and assistant
managerial duties. Startup business required part-time interns in
order to provide insight and strategic planning for growth. Marketing
campaign was introduced in September of 2007 where a web site was
established under www.eclipsecpr.com that allowed customers to pick
classes based on course descriptions and calendar availability. This
was all done using simple site builder software. Direct marketing
was also adopted since target customers were already known and
identified. Hospitals and clinics were sent advertising that included
magnets, lanyards, mouse pads, pens, etc. Bus benches around focal
points around town were also rented, this included benches near
medical centers, medical schools, and assisted living locations.
Previous customers were identified and treated with discounts to
future classes and encouraged to spread the word.
Within a year business outgrew its location and moved to a business
park where current teaching is performed. Office staff increased to 3
instructors and 1 office staff. Currently Eclipse CPR is the busiest
American Heart Association training center in southwest Arizona,
providing close to 3,500 students CPR, FIRST AID, and ACLS training.
