• Go through each line after a full clean and thoroughly inspect the lines for
foreign pills or tablet and have them immediately removed from the line
and documented that they were found on the line
• Someone from QA (Quality Assurance) has to come through and also
inspect the line and approve that the line is fully cleaned for the next batch
to be signed on that line
