cleanliness.

• Stage all materials required to produce the batch.

Unload blended materials into containers that have been prepared

according to manufacturing instructions and applicable SOPs.

Prepare and affix labels at various stages of the blend.

Weigh materials at various stages of the blending process to ensure

accuracy of the blend.

Record weights, processes, sample data, equipment, and other

information required on the appropriate paperwork.

Submit samples to the Quality Control Laboratory

Perform all duties following all FDA, DEA, SOP, and cGMP

regulations.

• Sign in batches of finished product to their designated lines.

• Go through each line after a full clean and thoroughly inspect the lines for

foreign pills or tablet and have them immediately removed from the line

and documented that they were found on the line

• Someone from QA (Quality Assurance) has to come through and also

inspect the line and approve that the line is fully cleaned for the next batch

to be signed on that line

Examine radiators for obvious leak marks.
