. Dealt with internal customers on a day to day basis, the main

responsibility for this current position is Data Entry. I handled

hundreds of thousands of dollars every day and issue deductibles out

to our policy holders.

Office Depot, Normal, IL (6/2005-12/2007)

Consultative Customer Services Specialist

. Provided Hardware and software technical support to customers for both

new computer sales and customers seeking solutions for one and a half

years. During this time and two years prior to starting at Office

Depot I also serviced many devices out of the store in roughly 30

customers homes as needed. On average I would work on fifteen

computers a day on my shift at Office Depot.

windows updates, software updates. I have performed firmware updates
