Human Resources

To Whom This May Concern:

I am writing to express my interest in a management position with your company. With a background in

construction management, I feel I have the necessary skills to be a great asset. I currently find myself

seeking employment due to the downturn in the economy and subsequently the construction industry. I feel

that my education, along with my relevant work experience would enable me to excel with your company.

With a B.S. in Construction Management, and a Minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, I

most recently worked for a commercial general contractor. I spent a little over three years working on

multiple projects from the office and onsite as a Project Engineer. I have a strong ability to multi task, and a

great deal of experience when it comes to verbal and written communication. I am highly proficient in all

Microsoft Office programs and computer software in general. In my previous position, I was required to be

well organized and handled multiple projects at once. I also have a good understanding of contractual

language and accounting procedures. I am eager to obtain a position in which I can utilize my skill set.

I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you to discuss my qualifications further. You can reach me

at 765-***-**** or by email at abi1rt@r.postjobfree.com. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Michael Lambesis
