-Managed all paperwork via Quickbooks which involved accounts
receivable/payable, payroll, credit card accounts, reports, etc.
-No longer employed due to company shut down early 2010.
Rouse's (2003-2009) - Office Manager 504-***-****
-Worked in the back office which involved handling all incoming money
from cashiers, assigning registers to cashiers, resolving problems that
went beyond the customer service desk, working with Rouse's accounting
software to keep track of daily earnings and input all data/documents.
-When Rouse's took over 19 Sav-a-Center retail branches I was sent out
to a few stores for a week at a time to train their back office
personnel in the Rouse's accounting software and Rouse's
procedures/policies.
