Start-up general and specialty surgical instrument repair company serving

the veterinary industry.

Director of Southeastern Operations

Enlisted to fuel business development efforts across the five-state

Southeastern U.S., establishing relationships with veterinary schools as

well as independent practices to secure contracts for servicing,

sharpening, and aligning surgical instruments, repair of scopes and powered

instruments, and maintenance of case goods and carts. Direct daily

operations vital to driving build-out of the sales/revenue pipeline, with

scope ranging from development of standardized operating systems,

processes, and procedures to creation of quality management protocols.

. Broke into eight-plus new veterinary school facilities, forging new
