My commitment to service began with my Family who had been in the
restaurant business since 1959. From the beginning, I was immersed in this
business and made the choice at a very early age to be a service provider.
I have had great success throughout my years of catering, whether it has
been in the mobile lunch service or in the most prestigious homes of Orange
County. My clients have grown to trust in me and know I deliver what I say.
I have always been able to create an event that makes the same clients feel
their event was special and keep them coming back again and again. The
culinary education I received has inspired me to an even higher standard,
it is reflected in the menus I create and the responses from my Clients.
The Service industry is my calling.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2005 to Current - Owner/Operator Mark's Catering, Lake Forest, Ca.
Secured Loan for the purchase of Mark's Catering that increased the
existing client and customer base for Angels Touch Catering. The purchase
included the good will and the leasing of a 2800 sq foot facility, as well
as, the purchase of food service equipment and delivery vehicles.
Singularly managed a diverse staff of employees and contractors that
include 2 full time employees and several part time,on large jobs or when
several jobs are on the same day, staff would be increased to over 100
positions including event managers, sales people, chefs, servers and
bartenders. Negotiated and maintained contracts with several large
organizations including: South Coast Repertory, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales,
Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Union Bank, Saks Fifth Ave. This provided
Mark's with a stable quota base, as well as, provide a complete 5 star
quality service to private party events. Increased Mark's revenue over
twice gross receipts of what the previous owner was able to accomplish.
Pending sale completion August 2010. Responsibilities included:
. Training of staff, overseeing and consigning all responsibilities
pertaining to the execution of duties and maintenance of accounts.
. Obtaining new accounts.
. Processing payroll
. Licensing and maintenance of all vehicles.
. Collection of payments for all events.
. Negotiates all vendor and property management contracts.
. Meets regularly with CIO and CFO to oversee budget and all
financial statements.
. Together with the executive chef created all menus, recipes and
proposals for existing and new clients.
. Provided full service catering that includes: Rentals, Special
construction, decorations, lighting, sound systems and all forms of
entertainment.
2001 to 2005 - Owner/Operator Deli 204, San Clemente, Ca.

. Secured on site location to maintain small client based catering.
. Managed deli, staff and all catering events
. Created menus for deli and catering that included pricing and
portions.
. Developed marketing plans to target local area companies and
businesses.
1990 to 2005 - Owner/Operator Angels Touch Catering
. Owned and managed 14 hot food catering trucks and 28 contracted
personnel (cooks and drivers).
. Provided full service catering that included: Rentals, Special
construction, decorations, lighting, sound systems and all forms of
entertainment.
1980 to 1989 - Route Manager Coast Food Service
. Route Manager for 23 routes
. Responsible for logistics and procuring all new business for routes.
. Reported directly to Hughes Aircraft all sales for commission
calculations
