Appliance and Equipment Repair (2 + years) - Troubleshoot and repair washer/dryer combos,

dishwashers, refrigerators, microwaves and HVAC units. Along with Floor Machines, vacuum cleaners,

Floor Care (5+ years) - Strip, wax, buff/burnish floors. Carpet cleaning and extracting. Run all types of

Floor Machines.

Painting (10+ years) – Interior/exterior. Sand/scrape, caulk/spackle/glaze, prep surfaces to be primed and

painted or stained. Sheetrock and wood repair. Hang wallpaper.

Sharpening and small engine repair (5+ years) – Certified Grindersman (saw blades, knives,

chainsaws,etc.) and small engine repair (lawnmower, weed eater, snow blower, etc.)

Apartment Turns – Repair any damaged sheetrock / wood and paint / stain. Clean, test and/or repair

appliances, sinks, toilets, faucets, etc. Extract carpet to make rent ready.

1972 – 1976 – Electrician at various companies both commercial and residential

1976 – 1989 – Master Marine Mechanic at Charleston Naval Shipyard

1989 – 1992 – Owned a painting, sharpening and small engine repair business

1989 – Present - Computer Tech at various companies and 2 years as a Facilities Maintenance Tech
