Job Experience

•I worked 4 years in a call center environment for a large cell phone company. I worked in

accounts recievable where I took payments and set payment arrangements. I also

worked in coverted customer care selling customers cell phones as the previous

company was bought by another company. I then worked in business customer care.

Here I provided general account assistance with troubleshooting as well. I also sold and

upgraded phones in this department. I then worked on prepaid cellular phones. I began

with basic customer care and then was moved to technical support after 6 months.

•I have 8 years experience laying various utilities. I have laid water, sewer, and storm drain.

Most of my experience is with laying telephone conduit and pulling cable though. I have

worked on plow trains as well.
