National Park Service, Great Sand Dunes National Monument and Preserve,
Mosca, CO - Construction Inspector: Inspected the installation of
building materials and components for an addition to the visitor's center
Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant, Secondary Wastewater Treatment
and Pump stations, Greater Vancouver Regional District, Delta, B.C.,
Canada- Engineer Managed the over site and coordination between the owner
and the contractor(s) during construction of $24 million for a $469
million facility.
Gerald Gentleman Station Unit 1, Nebraska Public Power District,
Sutherland, NE-Contract Administrator Investigated contract amendments to
the general contractor's $60 million construction contract for this 600
MW, coal fired unit and Electrostatic Precipitators.
San Juan Station Units 1 and 2, Public Service Company of New Mexico,
Farmington, NM-Resident Mechanical Engineer. Ensured the proper
installation equipment for $128 million SO2 scrubber system using the
Wellman-Lord and Allied Chemical processes to produce elemental sulfur
Dade County Resources Recovery Unit, Metro-Dade County, Miami, FL-
Construction Manager Provided compliance review and over-site of the on-
site contractor's inspection of a $110 million Air Pollution Control
System Retrofit to a 75 MW Plant.
Westerly Wastewater Treatment Center, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer
District, Cleveland, OH- Construction Engineer Compiled and issued
report of final inspection and contract compliance for a $40 million SCT
and solid handling addition to the existing facilities.
Littleton/ Englewood Wastewater Treatment Plant,-Construction Manager
Managed three staff members for the over site and coordination between
the owner and contractor during construction of a $25 million site
enhancement and revising a secondary pump station and treatment system
for to an existing facility for on time completion and within budget.
Las Vegas Street Wastewater Treatment Plant, Colorado Springs, CO-
Construction Manager. Managed five staff members for the over site and
coordination between the owner and contractor during construction of a
$28 million enhancement and addition to the secondary pump station and
system to an existing facility
Cortez Sanitation District Wastewater Plant, Cortez Sanitation District,
Cortez, CO - Resident Project Representative: Provided the over site of
the completion of construction of $12 million of a wastewater plant
improvements and addition of two (2) pump stations with an on time
completion.
San Francisco International Airport, Utilities and Roadway Relocation
Project, San Francisco, CA-Construction Inspector: Responsible for the
inspection of the installation of relocated water lines, duct banks and
sanitary sewers in preparation for a new international terminal.

Colorado State University District Heating Plant Steam Turbine/Generator,
Fort Collins, CO - Project Manager. Coordination of a design/build
contract for the installation of an 800 kW dual steam turbine into the
existing plant
E.I. DuPont de Nemours Steam Generator, Cape Fear, North Carolina- Design
Engineer. Developed procurement documents and subcontracts; conducted a
conservation study resulting in a $5,000-per-year savings in the
particulate control system of two 185,000-pph, 700-psig, coal-fired steam
generators and fabric filters.
International Mineral and Chemical/CF Industries Uranium Recovery
Facilities at Plant City, FL and Bartow, FL-Project Mechanical Engineer.
Developed procurement documents for two 30,000 pph new gas/oil fire
boiler plant installations for uranium recovery facilities.
Gates Rubber Company, HFM Hose Plant, Iola, KS and H.D. Belt Plant,
Siloam Springs, AK -Project Mechanical Engineer Prepared mechanical
equipment specifications and start-up procedures for two 40,000 pph new
gas/oil fire boiler plant installations.
Wilson & Co., Inc., Hog Abattoir and Processing plant- Chief Powerhouse

Over site of the installation and operation of all mechanical equipment for

the feasibility and conceptual design of a Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)
plants and equipment for a cost estimate at various sites for 125 MW and
