Managed a high quality, fast pace on-line DVD distribution center. I
was responsible for all processes over one shift in the distribution
center.
Hub operations included receiving and shipping operations, inventory

record keeping on one assistant manager, two supervisors and 45+ employees.
Financial responsibilities were expense and payroll tracking, monthly

Managed two logistics accounts that inventory value was over $400
million and revenue was $9.6 million annually. I was responsible for
maintaining and seeing all procedures were followed over three shifts in
the distribution center.
Hub operations including but not limited to: keeping a safe work
environment, customer liaison and building the relationship, productivity
and quality tracking, process creation, updating and maintaining,
overseeing the inventory, receiving and shipping operations, account
reconciliation, stock maintenance, personnel relations, development,
training and record keeping on one manager, 5 supervisors and 95+
employees.
Financial responsibilities were revenue, profit, expense and payroll
tracking, weekly, monthly and yearly forecasting, monthly P&L, GL, APPO
reconciliation and reporting, revenue and expense accruals, payroll
allocation, purchasing and other functions.
Computer experience includes advanced Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, Project, Viso Professional, and Tutor and basic SQL.
Software experience includes advanced Exceed 3.6, Crystal Report, Oracle,
Vantive, Seagate and SAP.

. Relocated account to another building that inventory value
was $150 million contained 100,000+ units, 25 work stations
and 40 employees while still operating the daily business.
The move was completed in just 3 weeks - one week ahead of
schedule, and was virtual invisible and had zero impact to
