managing two single family homes, one duplex and three condo units in San
Francisco. Funding second trust deeds for owner occupied single family
homes for my own account.
Real estate mortgage broker, San Francisco. Closed 597 loans for commercial
and residential property over four years. Built the business from a one man
shop by training, managing, and leading; five loan officers, and one
processor.
California Federal, San Francisco, AVP Northern Tract Loan Department.
Originated construction loans for fifteen residential tracts and
condominium projects containing 2,750 units over a four year period.
Marine Midland Realty, Rochester, NY, Assistant District Manager Loan
Production. Originated seventeen loans, prepared narrative MAI type
appraisals, and presented each to senior loan committee over a six year
period for strip and mall shopping centers, parking garages, apartments,
industrial buildings, fast food restaurants, lodging facilities, nursing
homes, office buildings, and warehouses.
Coral Gable Federal, Coral Gables Florida. Entered as a trainee, rotated
through all departments, and resigned as a supervising assistant manager
for a five teller branch while increasing deposits by $835,000 and
appraising and processing branch originated residential loans during my two
year tenure.
