General Manager

Report to the Chief Executive Officer, and will work closely with the Chief

Financial Officer and other members of the Executive team. Oversee and

manage the sales force to ensure that sales targets are achieved,

profitability and margins are maintained, and policies and procedures are

followed. Oversee all operational activities, including, customer service,

installations, and integrity of product pricing, rebate administration, net

metering, maintenance plans, S-REC aggregation, and relationships with

vendors, suppliers and partners. Participate in solar industry association

meetings, rebate programs, state and local government meetings, and assist

in the development and execution of the company's overall corporate

strategy.

monitoring state incentive programs and targeting those markets.

support of the Project Manager in contract development and execution.

Roles included experience with subcontract management valued at over $20

Million. Close interaction with the client and their representatives

including interaction with all branches of the Armed Forces and development

of working relationships with the owner.

. Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of shop drawings,

product data, and payment of subcontract. Support of LEED

documentation, labor and cost analysis for project tracking purposes.
