3/2010 to Present 1st Light Energy - South Plainfield, NJ

General Manager

Report to the Chief Executive Officer, and will work closely with the Chief

Financial Officer and other members of the Executive team. Oversee and

manage the sales force to ensure that sales targets are achieved,

profitability and margins are maintained, and policies and procedures are

followed. Oversee all operational activities, including, customer service,

installations, and integrity of product pricing, rebate administration, net

metering, maintenance plans, S-REC aggregation, and relationships with

vendors, suppliers and partners. Participate in solar industry association

meetings, rebate programs, state and local government meetings, and assist

in the development and execution of the company's overall corporate

strategy.

monitoring state incentive programs and targeting those markets.

product data, and payment of subcontract. Support of LEED
