Owner/Operator. Partner in every aspect of small business ownership, including daily

Responsible for market analysis, price assessment, and purchasing product inventory.
Developed back yard marketing campaign enlisting community events and business
partners to use Bellacino’s as their catering choice. Currently operating a Sarasota
location averaging gross yearly revenue of $1.3 MM. 2003 – Present.
DuPont Agricultural Products
Six Sigma Black Belt. Delivered over $2.9MM of new yearly net revenue through
project management in Sales and Marketing. Diverse projects encompassed all aspects
of DuPont’s business, including production, distribution, finance, marketing, and sales.
Responsible for detailed market analysis and interpretation of data collected. Able to
lead diverse teams in accomplishing defined objectives and overcoming obstacles.
Developed and implemented detailed marketing plans for new product launches.
Responsible for reporting project progress and results back to senior management. 2000
– 2003.
Sales Territory Manager. Developed sales territories in Michigan to $3.8MM, and west-
central Florida to $6.5 MM. Built relationships at the farm level with vegetable, citrus,
corn, soybean, and wheat growers. Able to understand the customer’s needs and relay
that information to develop action plans. Implemented marketing programs through
dealer networks and large key accounts. Successfully launched new products to bring
additional business to territory. Created revenue growth in flat markets through new
program ideas. 1993 – 2000.
Speedling, Inc.
Sales Manager. Responsible for launch of new sales division. Identified target
customers, established customers base, and maintained customer relationship within this
base. Developed go to market plan from ground floor to execution. Responsible for
procurement of production items and inventory control of perishable product line.
