Terra Telecom: Senior Systems Engineer
As Senior System Engineer I’m in change of all Terra Telecom customers in the Tulsa
Oklahoma and surrounding area. I work on Voice switches Alcatel-Lucent data and
wireless systems. I work on design implementation of VoIP equipment for existing and
new customers.
Terra Telecom: University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Project 2007-Present
Lead Voice Engineer for the UPMC VoIP project at the New Children’s Hospital
Worked on the design and implementation of the voice equipment on the data network.
Worked closely with the customer on testing 3 rd party application and acceptance testing
for the system. Troubleshoot any issues with end user and the system.
Terra Telecom: Wal-Mart DC installation 2006-2007
Troubleshoot and repair all problems with new install of Alcatel OXE 4400. Support other engineers in
the field when help was needed also did trouble tickets as the came in from other Terra
Telecom customers.
TekSystems: Advocate Hearth care VoIP network in Chicago over 50,000 users. 2005-2006
Alcatel Engineer Troubleshoot and repair all problems with new install of Alcatel PCX 4400 and IP-
Telephony, Interface with the customer on how to use the new phones and any problems they are having.
Engineer the MDF for the installation and cabling of the new Phone switch troubleshoot all cable issues from
MDF to end users. Terminate all new cables and re-wire end user jack’s if needed too. Programming of the
switch entering the data base and up load it into the switch.

Consultant for NextiraOne:
Maintain Alcatel 4400 switch for the Helena MT School Districted. Completed the installation and
programming that was needed. Installed IBS base stations and PWT’s. Programmed 4760 for reports.
Troubleshoot and repair all problems with system. Worked closely with the customer on training end-
users on use of the system. Trained on site technicians to do MAC changes.
