record-keeping, and reporting requirements;

Conduct internal multi-media environmental audits;

Publish environmental newsletters for dissemination to plant coordinators and plant

managers;

Effect compliance with NPDES stormwater multi-sector Permits including testing,

monitoring, record-keeping, and reporting requirements;

Effect compliance with SARA, Title III, Tier II, “Hazardous Chemical Inventory”

reporting requirement;

Good working knowledge of water, wastewater, solid and hazardous waste

management, compliance, and related technical projects; and

Effectively deal with more than 40 operating plants and local, state, and federal

environmental authorities as well as legal counsel.
