TALASCEND/BECHTEL
Lead Field Coordinator - Cox Wireless (Rhode Island) I managed the
turnkey and OEM vendors civil activities of this launch build out. The
build consisted of 178 macro sites and 419 DAS sites. Making it the
largest such build in the country. My duties included; ensuring sites
were built correctly and safe with GC's following Bechtel/Cox safety
procedures, working with landlords, local and state inspectors, and
utility coordination. I worked closely with all internal departments
(RE, RF and Cox fiber crews) to ensure a seamless installation.

ROYAL RESTROOMS OF TAMPA BAY
Owner - I provided upscale mobile restrooms/showers for various
clients from wedding/event planners to FEMA and the military.

Manager of Construction /Development / A&E / Implementation - Manage
the Construction, Design, and Implementation of new build and various
expansion projects from 1000 sites upgraded to UMTS to over 500
generators installed in the Central Florida Market. I oversaw a 12 to
15 million dollar annual budget. The team that reported to me
consisted of project managers, A&E dept, BTS installation and
warehouse personnel. This team made every quarterly/annual
Market/Corporate Goal for over 9 years. This position interacts very
closely with every department including RE, Zoning, RF, Operations and
our Regional Team. We designed our sites to be some the most cost
effective in the industry allowing the market to build additional
sites each year with the saved capital dollars. I was awarded the Peak
Award (T-mobiles highest achievement) for these cost saving
strategies. I was interim Development Manager for one year managing
site acquisition, zoning along with my regular duties.

Manager Construction / A&E - Manage the construction and A&E of a 2nd
phase build-out in the Central Florida market consisting of 230 sites.
The A&E department has 6 employees that have the responsibility of
ordering all Construction and Zoning documents for permitting and
construction. The construction department has 22 employees that have
the responsibility of constructing all collocation, raw-land,
rooftops, water-tanks and transmission facility sites along with
ordering all towers and associated material.

Project Manager - Manage all aspects of the construction of wireless
sites, which included
bidding of jobs, ordering of material and scheduling of crews. Clients
included all wireless operators of the Florida Market. This included
but not limited to raw-land, colo's and rooftops. I also managed the
tech's that performed service repairs for various wireless clients.

PRIMECO PCS, L.P. (Tampa)
Network Operations Manager - Managed, maintained the operations of 151
cell sites with a staff of 7 technicians and an Administrative
Assistant. Coordinate between Vendors, RF and Construction Personal to
insure a smooth installation, turn-up and optimization of new and
existing cell sites. Work with the Sales staff to help acquire and
keep customers, and educate on coverage. I also worked with the
Marketing department to provide temp coverage (COW) for special
events.

BTS Equipment Engineer - Provide installation and technical support
for BTS, antennas/cabling, and telco/power to Construction and
Operation mangers. Coordinate with the installation vendors and
construction managers to secure timely equipment placement. Assist A&E
with site design and approve all equipment placements. Supervise
Warehouse personal.

GTE MOBILNET (contract)
RF Department - Primary duties included ordering of material and
auditing of cell sites in Florida Region. In performing these duties I
worked closely with RF engineers, optimization team and operation
technicians.
