Duties: Accurate daily reconciliation of various accounts, including MICRS,

branch capture, cash. Also provide support to internal customers via phone,

fax, and email with indirect external customer correspondence.

Duties: As cashier I served walk-in customers, took payments on business

accounts, billed out contractor accounts, processed and mailed monthly

statements, and balanced the cash register at the end of each day. I also

had major customer contact and was the customer service point person. I was

in charge of all business returns, which involves checking in the

materials, looking up original invoices, getting all the paperwork

together, and contacting vendors. I worked in both accounts receivable and

accounts payable as needed. I provided assistance to the store accountant.

Aside from this I created promotional flyers and in-store advertising. I

worked with inventorying, stocking, and general show floor maintenance.
