Reporting to the HR Director, this role involved Employee Relations, HR Projects and HR reporting.
• Advised directors/managers/employees on Employee Relations issues and HR policies/procedures.
Including disciplinary; grievance; performance, conflict & absence management; redundancy; recruitment.
• Legal Department liaison. Payroll Department liaison.
• Developed and continually improved comprehensive HR Management Information board level reports to
Directors and CEOs. Including headcount; turnover; starter/leaver statistics; absence; exit interviews.
• Delivered HR training courses to managers at all levels.
• Undertook comprehensive salary benchmarking for Directors to assist with salary review decisions.
• Coordinated and supervised several HR Projects. Including development on Oracle HR; the creation of
absence recording processes; projects to improve processes in the HR department.
• Policy writing. Including the creation of the Driving and Social Media policies.
• HR Administration. Including changes to employee records on the Oracle HR system; letter writing; new
hire administration; redundancy and leaver documentation.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this position involved internal recruitment for a large variety
of roles, including IT Project Manager, Head of Payroll, and Account Executives UK-wide.
• Wrote and posted job adverts, liaised with recruitment agencies across the UK, undertook candidate
management and recruitment administration.
• Screened candidate CVs, advised on and arranged candidate testing, wrote, coordinated and conducted
interviews (telephone and face-to-face), gave candidate feedback.
• Advised managers on recruitment processes, best practice and relevant employment law, and made
recommendations on job descriptions, selection techniques and following interviews.
