ACCOMPLISHMENT HIGHLIGHTS

1. Developed corporate portal for Planned Parenthood's multiple offices to fill need for access to greater purchasing power for office supplies, software and computers. Eliminated the need for three procurement offices and created over $100,000 in annual savings in salaries, benefits, and increased savings from having more purchasing power.

1. Unified Planned Parenthood's employees and management on a single email retention policy using the Mimosa Email Archiving software. Previously, we had widely diverse opinions and no policy. This effort successfully prevented potential legal liability.

1. Utilizing Symantec™Ghost, I created a single desktop image that allowed us to find exactly what device drivers we required for all PC and laptops (of multiple manufacturers) to complete the operating system migration from Windows 2003 to Windows XP for 240 PCs. This saved more than four hours of labor on each machine resulting in a savings of $33,600.

1. During the operating system migration from Windows 2003 to XP, we loaded the MS Windows XP, Microsoft® Office and specialized software for each department into over 240 PCs with zero staff downtime by switching PCs and working evenings to early mornings.

1. Planned Parenthood management awarded me with a significant cash bonus for going above and beyond when I identified the true root cause (excessive no value accounts) of general ledger reports running for a few hours instead of mere minutes by doing a SQL query. Shortly after, I had this long time drain on system resources corrected, which in turn improved productivity in Finance and Accounting.

1. Recognized for my history of outstanding contributions by the Chief Technology Officer who had moved on to Corbis Motion and immediately recruited me. He offered me a substantial raise as he had seen the results of my work at Getty Images as my Supervisor.

1. Managed the consolidation of seven companies into one location for Getty Images, saving over $80,000 in salaries and benefits of two help desk professionals and monthly lease expenses. This effort included coordinating the move and relocation of all PC and telecom equipment, 60 servers, 17 mission critical applications and the migration of five different operating systems.

1. Restored productivity within 24 hours when our network was attacked by a sophisticated virus (before existence of Antivirus programs) by devising a customized solution that eradicated the virus. This arose after FPG migrated from Netscape SuiteSpot to MS Exchange.

1. Enabled a quick search function to allow Citibank® to transition from obsolete manual microfiche to instant search results using modern digital technology for all routine checking account queries. This saved tens of thousands of man-hours per year companywide, significantly increased the productivity for the customer service department and encouraged customer loyalty due to better service.

Business Analyst/Project Manager

(Previously called back as a part-time technical consultant.) Working with upper management and end users to asses business needs and determine appropriate technology solutions. Test and support the transfer of new solutions or processes by working with staff and functional managers. Documenting, maintaining project plans, specifications and system maintenance procedures.

In a partnership with Thought Equity Motion, Corbis Motion brings you instant access to high quality video content from the world’s premier film and entertainment companies and features surprisingly affordable licensing fees. Job functions included troubleshooting and supporting all computer, network and telecommunications systems, enhancing and maintaining the company website, managing support staff and approving the department's expenses.

1. Saved $35,292 annually by negotiating a reduction in monthly affiliation charges by researching and utilizing new software.

2. Saved over $216,000 annually by relocating the corporate website to a new host, which had equivalent service and a better price.

Hired to oversee technical operations for a photographic image supplier.
