1. Recruited to be part of the start-up management team for the Royal Saudi
Land Forces Infantry Corps Modernization Program.
2. Created and staffed 10 year simulations plan that was approved by the
Infantry Corps commander and implemented into the overall master plan.
3. Planned, coordinated, and executed all phases of acquisition through
successful fielding of 2 training simulations in the Kingdom.
4. Orchestrated and conducted 7 trips to the United States for conferences,
briefings, and demonstrations involving Saudi nationalists, US Government
personnel, and contractors.
5. Authored and staffed 2 doctrinal manuals for the entire Land Forces.
6. Served as the first advisor to a newly activated unit. Advised the
commander and staff in the areas of operations, modernization,
mobilization, personnel, training, and leadership. Provided the initial
guidance, direction, and training which enabled the unit to sustain
itself.
7. Effectively managed a diverse team of Saudi's, US Government, and
civilian contractors into a cohesive team working in the best interest of
the Infantry Corps.
8. Saved the Infantry Corps US$1.1 million through contract negotiations

1. Designed, implemented, and managed a $2.8 million and a $2.1 million
dollar budget within 1.2% and 3.2% respectively of allocated funds.

3. Successfully coordinated AUSA exhibit two years in a row. Included
intensive coordination with all Fort Benning agencies and extensive work
with TSC to build exhibit, graphic arts and visual assistance.
4. Developed a computerized database, consisting of more than 3000 yearly
tasks based upon cost and usage, to calculate and record all annual
requirements to assist in the development of the annual operating budget.
5. Managed, with no loss in accountability or control, more than $102
million worth of tracked and wheel vehicles, training devices, equipment
and supplies.
6. Led and managed a company of more than 145 personnel, including
training, professional development, health and welfare to become the best
company within the unit, which was acknowledged through 100% commendable
ratings in 2 command inspections.
7. Developed and coordinated the institutional Bradley Fighting Vehicle
Training Strategy, which was presented and implemented world-wide.
8. Successfully planned, coordinated, and supervised the deployment and re-
deployment of 950 personnel, 250 vehicles and equipment by land, rail,
and air, on 5 separate occasions.
9. Designed and requisitioned a computer system consisting of 6 mainframes
and 27 computer terminals for an organization. Implemented network
procedures and electronic mail throughout unit, which greatly enhanced
daily operations.
10. Modified and managed 26 programs of instruction to support the
instruction of over 1200 students annually.
