My role at AOL's Patch project is of a recruiting coordinator where I

provide the support needed in the recruitment process to various different

units.

. Responsible for providing support to Sales and Editorial Recruiters.

. Create requisitions and post on internal and external job boards -

Monster.com, Craigslist, and Journalism Jobs.
