for your review. I am targeting a position where my background will
allow me to make a significant contribution in Labor Relations
Management or as a Corporate Attorney.
I am a results-oriented attorney with more than ten (10) years
experience in labor relations, employee law, litigation, equity
compliance and human resources.
I recently served as the Coordinator of Labor Relations for Memphis
City Schools. In that position I served as Chief Negotiator for seven
(7) collective bargaining agreements, which covered over 14,000
employees
In the course of my employment history I have also been responsible
for conducting EEOC investigations, issuing employee discipline,
litigating administrative hearings and assisting Human Resources with
benefits and staffing needs.
