Dhaka, Bangladesh funded by TDH-Italy, Comic Relief- UK, Childhope-UK,

UNICEF from December 2007 to December 2008.

3. Administrative and Accounts Officer for SAP-Bangladesh a National NGO

- Prepare salary pay roll and benefits statements for staff and prepare

income tax statement. Prepare Bank reconciliation.

- Maintain cash book, Ledger books, Bank register, salary register,

stock register, vehicle log book, Leave record, Gratuity and provident

fund record.

- Maintain and supervise all kinds of administrative job, procurements,

maintenance office, travel arrangements, ticketing, visas, and

immigration.

- Liaison and communication with NGOs, Government, PNGOs, CBOs, NGO

affairs Bureau, Bank.

- Monitor fund management and fund disbursement.

- Ensure travel related advances and processes timely adjustment.

- Prepare and conduct internal and external audit. Prepare for write

management and finance response to External Auditors.
