solid waste facilities; including client and regulatory agency

interaction, procurement coordination and supervision of junior level

reports at Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and pre-RCRA

migration issues. Some field tasks performed for these evaluations

include soil gas surveys, monitoring well installations, aquifer testing,

borehole profiling/fracture delineation and discrete interval sampling.

Selected remedies have included natural attenuation approaches and

subsequent modeling. Some of these evaluations have led to "No Further

Action" determinations by the regulatory authority (one under the

Voluntary Cleanup Program).

. Performed routine post-closure and active RCRA permit environmental

reporting for various facilities, including the statistical analysis of

groundwater data

. Drafted new environmental monitoring plans for various facilities

. Drafted proposals for environmental monitoring, landfill gas and

groundwater investigations for various projects

. Assisted with the design and O&M of landfill gas extraction systems and

passive gas collection trench design

. Technical support of UST investigation and remediation projects

. Conducted National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit

monitoring and reporting

. Assisted in the permitting and project development of RCRA Subtitle C and

D facilities, including wetland delineation surveys
