vehicle makes, models, and years. I was responsible for drafting all

Summary of Requirements (SOR) for all assigned projects. I was directly

responsible to meet ADT imperatives, quality, validation testing, mass

targets, as well as cost and timing for each project. It was my

responsiblity to ensure all components of my projects met with GMs "Best

Practices"

prior to release in the GPDS and IMS systems. Participate in cross

functional technical reviews with purchasing, supplier quality assurance,

team, and purchasing, to select suppiers. Work with selected suppliers to

ensure production design meets all requirements. Develop validation plan

for products and execute the plan. Responsible for product life cycle

management.

Assigned to General Motors, for EDAG Corp, as the Garnish Trim DRE for

the GMX322, Cadillac, CTS 2008 model year. I was directly responsible to

ensure my PDT met imperatives, quality, validation, mass targets, as well

as cost and timing for the program. I have received extensive training on E-

Squared EWO process, Interface Control Documents (ICD), Problem Resolution

Tracking System (PRTS), and GM Global Description System. I am also

knowledgeable in the GM IRT Launch Process used in early launch mode.

7/16/05 INTERTEC SYSTEMS, Troy Michigan

Assisgned to General Motors, for Intertec Systems, through AEROTEK, as

the IP DRE for Cadillac Luxury SUV, Escalade, GMT926, GMT036. GMT946, for

model year 2007/2008 model years. I was directly responsible to ensure my

PDT met our imperatives, quality,validation tests, mass, and soct and

timing targets for the programs through Launch Process. I have been

trained, at the GM University on Interface Control Documents (ICD), Problem

Resolution Tracking System (PRTS), E-Squared EWO process, and GM Global

Product Description Systems.

3/5/04 LEAR CORPORATION, Madison Heights Michigan

Assigned to General Motors, as the Door Trim DRE for the Cadillac

Deville, 2006 Model year. As the DRE, it was my responsibility to ensure we

met our imperatives, quality, design, validation, author and maintain

DFMEA/DRBFM document throughout production. Co-chaired the Program

Development Team meeting on a biweekly basis.

1999 TO

2003 LEAR CORPORATION, Centerpoint Michigan

Assigned gto General Motors, as a Lead Engineer, Body Interior Seat

Subsystem for the GMT610 Truck for model year 2003. As the team leader it

was my direct responsibility to ensure the team met our imperatives,

quality, validation tests, cost and tuning targets for the program. I

chaired the PDT meetings on a weekly basis. Recently trained on Fast VDP 24

Month Launch Process, Interface Control Documents (ICD), Design for

Manufacture, the Issue Solving Process, GM University trained on E-Square

EWO process.

1996 TO

1999 MODERN ENGINEERS, Flint Michigan

Assigned to General Motors as the Lead, Senior Release Engineer, Body

Interior seat subsystem for three future car models, GMX220, GMX310 and the

GMX225 with twentynine, seat styles, hundreds of options, and a total of

253 part numbers released in GM system. I had to meet, or exceed product

team imperatives for performance, quality, validation testing, mass and

cost and timing targets.

1991 TO

1996 MODERN ENGINEERS, Flint Michigan

Assigned to General Motors as a senior technical engineer analyst in

the seat subsystems group. I provided direct assistance to the engineering

community in releaseing parts, writing, developing, and processing

necessary engineering change aurthorizations; track release data and

schedules for production, review prototype builds of material (BOM),

perform immediate physical evaluation of plant build problems involving

seat subsystems, and attaching hardware. Maintain liaison between GM

engineering community and that of of suppliers and material planning andf

change management. Assist and conduct, in the absence of an engineer,

conduct GP11 reviews, PPAPS when required. Provide technical guidance and

consultation service for all EGM's within Interor Trim Department.

1986 TO

1991 MODERN ENGINEERS, Troy Michigan

Assigned to General Motors as a senior specification analyst utilizing

teh IMS Data Base to translate engineering design intent into specification

language, evaluate impact on assembly plants, audit, evaluate, and

maintgain engineering specifications to ensure program management has

necessary time to meet specific build criteria, ensure downstream users

receive correct information and drawings.

1983 TO

1986 LTV AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE, Livonia Michigan

Analyzed engineering drawings and specifications of field equipment,

assissted in development of engineering changes, provide draft text to

include illustrations, development of kits, wrote and produced equipment

maintenance digest articles published world wide for the military.

Stationed World-wide, mostly in Germany directing maintenance,

maintenance management operations. Managed technical writing and training

programs for automotive technicians. Acted as Safety Officer, Training
