. Designed and implemented a prototype for the Net Mediator which is a

key component of the network usage information collection and usage-

based network billing system. Net Mediator analyses and aggregates raw

data into a concentrated and refined form that is more palatable for

network billing, services and various types of data analysis.

study the characteristics of the underlying software system, which
