Products Terminals.
1) Provided engineering and project management for projects to improve
operations or meet regulatory compliance requirements, resulting in lower
cost, quicker implemented projects, increasing income from operations.
2) Prepared Decision Support Packages (DSP's), reviewed and coordinated
project design and bidding, prepared cost estimates, schedules, contracting
plans and submitted Appropriation Requests to obtain funding.

monthly updates to management on status, schedule, and safety using Project
Controls Database.

secured Equipment and Alternate Procedure Approvals from Department of

. Managed design, permitting, bidding, contracting and construction of
$1.8M sea wall in Panama City, Florida - completed on time, within
budget and without incident, while keeping facility operational the
