Processing to provide a tracking system in event of recall
. Maintain an active liaison between relevant Medical Center
Professional staff and the Sterile Processing to advise on
quality processing of equipment and other materials.
. Update and or revise operational policies, procedures and
standards of Sterile Processing to ensure compliance with
regulatory agencies requirements.

. Coordinate/Manage and supervise daily activities between
Operating Rooms, ER Dept. Medical/Surgical Clinic/Labs &
Labor/Delivery.
. Direct liaison with OR Professional Staff to resolve issues
with instrumentation and case carts.
. Implementation of Quality Control procedures to include
chemical, mechanical and biological testing. Documentation and
long term record keeping. Tracking of missing items.
Implementation of recall protocol for in-house /outside
supplier.
