. As Manager at Books-A-Million I was in charge of various duties of
running the store, from getting money tils changed over at shift
change, training new employees, weekly/monthly staff meetings,
inventory and other responsibilities.
. Implemented & developed drama and music ministry in church.
. Wrote and directed Easter Productions in several churches.
. Led the Leadership Team for Youth Department.
. Planned and Executed Outreach Programs. One was T.G.I.F (Teens
Gathering In Fun). This was a Friday night outreach that included
skateboard ramps, special speakers, basketball, video games and
anything else relating to the age we were reaching. The purpose was to
keep them off the street in a healthy environment. The program started
with 20 teens and grew over a period of 5 years to 400+. One of the
youth in our program graduated from Liberty University and came back
to take over where I left off. I stepped down to act as advisor and
lead our worship team.
