• At present Volunteering for VNA-Healthcare Inc (Hartford-CT).

Project: “Patient Satisfaction Survey-Quality Management”. The purpose of this project is to get

maximum feedback from our patients to improve the quality of services rendered.

My role is to call (random basis) the current patients of VNA Healthcare all over Connecticut and ask them a

set of certain questions and compile their feedback in a way which can help to increase the standard of service

provided and also forward any concerns and suggestions to the right person.

• (Since July 2010 ) Presently volunteering at Covenant Preparatory School, Hartford, CT for Development

Department. Covenant Preparatory School is an independent, tuition-free middle school for boys from under-

served families in the City of Hartford. The Development Department of the school is the backbone of the

entire school system which is continuously involved in creating awareness about the school throughout the

society and also creating funds.

I assist the Director, Development Department with:

Managing student information, prepare documents, updating school directory, creating name badge for staff,

students, trustee, e-mailing to our community of supporters, including donors and volunteers, assisting inter

department duties, printing document after drafting, photo-copy, filing,organizing documents, cataloging and

variety of organizational task that are important to the operation of the school. Most of work is done using

word document and creating spreadsheets on Apple iMac. (Mostly word and excel)

• Worked as a Volunteer at Mi Casa Community Center, Park Street, Hartford, CT for tax preparations.

My role was to greet visitors, check appointments and help people fill the tax forms with answering any
