funded by World Bank, insured by OPIC, for the first privately funded

middle school in Mexico City by a U.S. Investor.

. Effectively negotiated credit terms on $350 mm construction and

acquisition facility for the Britam Sport Cars project, spin off from

Chrysler and Daimler. Bridge loan facility of $15 mm preceded senior

debt piece syndicated by Barron Capital Partners, loan to close 3rd

quarter of 2010.

. Successfully renegotiated 80% of all poor performing and non

performing assets currently on file for all wholesale investors in

asset class.
