o Georgia Aquarium Expansion, Atlanta, GA
. Awarded Southeast Construction Magazine's Judge's Award, in their
Best of 2010 Competition; October 13, 2010.
. Co-management of the $110 million Georgia Aquarium Expansion
(dolphin stadium) project, which is currently scheduled to open on
time and under budget.
. Developed the Master Schedule for the Georgia Aquarium Expansion
Project.
. Instrumental in the contract negotiations of all contractors and
consultants involved in the project.
. Forged relationships with key officials within the City of
Atlanta's Building department as well as other jurisdictional
authorities to gain insight to the City's requirements, which
facilitated timely permitting and approval of the Construction
Documents, from Site Development to 100% CD's.
. Managed the construction and budgets of several key exhibits within
the existing Aquarium, all of which opened on time and within
budget.

Forsyth County SPLOST V Program.

consultant and owner.
o American Red Cross, Washington, DC.
. Instrumental in the site selection and design of the Irvine CA,
Blood Component Laboratory (stemming from the events of September
11, 2001). The timely site selection was crucial to the build-out
of the facility.
. Co-Management of the historic renovation of the American Red Cross
campus in Washington, DC (1million S.F.).
. Re-designed several key areas within the Red Cross's historical E
Street Building, which provided a significant time and cost savings
to the charitable organization.
. Design and implementation of Service Area Offices, which provided
outreach and support to victims of disasters. Locations include:
Sacramento, CA, Cincinnati, OH, Birmingham, AL, Houston, TX, and
Las Vegas, NV.
. Designed and managed the interior fit out and relocation of the
Hazel Braugh Records Center; a climate controlled facility.
. Facilitated equipment relocations between existing domestic
facilities to save resources.
