there is, I would schedule them on to task calendar. Check to see what documents need to be
downloaded to complete that task. Then go to retailer, meet with store manager or department
head. Explain reason for calling on them. Then complete task as described per call report. When
finished would go online to finish report and any evidence that is needed. Also would fax call

Was trained to troubleshoot problems that occurred on irrigation center pivots machines,
whether they were electrical, mechanical, & irrigation. Customers would call in with problems

with their machine, I would then be dispatched to check out their machine and repair anything
that might need to be fixed. I would also pull any parts that might be needed to repair it. I have
the capability to read wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical problems. Would also do fall
winterization of machines at the end of the season.
After new machine had been erected, I would hook up all electrical connections to make
machine operate, which included: wiring in control panel, wiring the collector ring, tower
boxes, drive motors, booster pump, and any other options that the customer should order.
It was my responsibility for keeping up on maintenance service truck, inventory of
service truck, pulling parts for special orders, and filling out service orders sheets; which
included hours and parts used. I used a Valley® parts list software to make new labels, re-label,
and organized parts area for the service department. Also helped with year end inventory.
January of 2009, I was sent to service school in Denver, for four days.

by tally tickets or bar code tickets being scanned. Scanned inventory would be down
loaded into the computer and generate a load tally of material. Was able on locate
material in computer program to print out proper bar code tickets for each item. Helped
to do to end of month inventory. Hazardous Material training to have the knowledge to
understand how to read MSD sheets for labeling, handling, storage, and shipping of
these items.
