Working with a team of attorneys and accountants to provide recommendations for the payout of
claims from the 20 billion dollar fund that BP set aside for the Deepwater Horizon incident in the
Gulf of Mexico that occurred on April 20, 2010. This process requires careful review and
analysis of documentation supplied by the thousands of claimants.

Closed transactions for the diverse Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Programs offered by
HPD. Responsibilities included the drafting of documentation, the review of title, consulting

banks and mortgage companies. Responsibilities also included reviewing titles and clearing
legal issues with various title companies. Consulted with clients on how to clear up any liens,
judgments, and taxes from their title. Worked on private contracts for the purchase and sale of
real estate.
