Service Level Management project is a crucial project for American
Express. This project actually calculates the Service attainments of
American Express Vendors like Verizon, AT&T, HP and IBM. The project uses
Oblicore as their Reporting tool for generating reports, Metrics and .NET,
C# and WCF for generating Scripts. Oblicore is a third party tool developed
by Oblicore Inc. This tool consists of implementation process which

Responsibilities:
* Involved in Design Architecture of SLM Data flow using Microsoft
Visio. In this Architecture we designed different work flows as how
the data will come to AMEX Network (TIMS Server) through different
vendors and how we process the data to calculate the SLA's of AMEX
Vendors.
* Implemented WCF Services to read the Raw Data file (Which is
basically an Excel file) through NetTCP Binding.
* Implemented different Public Classes to convert the output data
into CSV file using LINQ to OBJECTS in C#.

TDC is one of the leading Telecom and mobile service provider
largely spread in Denmark and most of the places in Europe. The heart of
TDC sales shops is an application called TDC-KVIK which is implemented in
ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005 and WCF. This is an integrated multilingual
platform supporting back office and front office user. This application
mainly designed for sales and support business functionality and integrated
with different shared services involving different technology stacks.
Responsibilities:
* Utilized prior system design experience to translate business
requirements into logical designs that conform to the current
Application Architecture.
